My grandson just returned from a 2-year church mission to the tiny country of Cape Verde located about 400 miles off the west coast of Africa. The folks at FamilySearch have a Wiki page chock full of advice for genealogists that can be translated into a veritable plethora of languages. (It defaults to English since I sign in that way.)
